The VIP section includes a premium brand open bar. Chefs will serve Black mussels marinated in olive oil, peppers and sherry radicchio & Belgium endive with goat cheese & raspberry vinaigrette. House cured salmon with red pepper jelly, horseradish mousseline & lemon, Italian prosciutto & grilled antipasto vegetables with balsamic glace. The Italian chef attended station features cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, sundried tomatoes, chorizo sausage, fresh parmesan & asiago cheeses. Chicken breast with avocado, tomato & mozzarella. The dessert station serves chocolate eclairs stuffed with passion fruit mousse, hand crafted sundaes with vanilla bean ice cream served with exotic toppings and fresh made whipped cream and sauces. Fresh brewed international coffee will be served with an assortment of flavored syrups, ice teas and soft drinks.
